At Sharp Stitch, we take pride in delivering high-quality custom embroidery. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we have the following return and refund policy:

1. No Returns on Custom Products:
All sales are final. Because our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item is damaged or defective.

2. Damaged or Defective Items:
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the damaged or defective item

If your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement or refund.

3. Non-Returnable Situations:
We cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • Incorrect customization due to customer input errors

  • Change of mind after placing the order
